Fraud with fake transport orders and false bank details is common in logistics. These rules apply at TRL Cargo without exception.
One domain only
We only write from addresses ending in @trlcargo.com. Messages from similar-looking domains or free email accounts are not from us.
Bank details never change by email
We never change our bank details by email or message. If you receive such a notice, do not pay and call us.
Call back on a number you know
If in doubt, call us on +49 157 32589709, not on a number given in the suspicious message.
For carriers
Genuine transport orders from us come from a person you can call back, with full addresses and references. If something is unusual, such as a changed loading place shortly before pickup, call us before loading.
