What we need from you
- EU community licence, or the German licence for domestic transport
- Valid carrier liability (CMR) insurance certificate
- VAT number that is valid in the EU VIES register
- A dispatcher who answers in German or English
How we work together
- Every load comes with a written transport order: price, dates, addresses and references
- You drive the load yourself. Passing it on to another company needs our written consent
- Status at pickup and delivery, and a call straight away if anything goes wrong
- Invoice after delivery with the signed CMR or delivery note, paid within 30 days
Protect yourself from fake orders
Orders from TRL Cargo only come from @trlcargo.com addresses and always from a person you can call back on +49 157 32589709. If an order looks unusual, call us before you load.
